How we collect, use, and protect information from our website visitors, our agency clients, and the families those agencies serve.
Nfinity Digital LLC ("Nfinity Digital," "we," "us," or "our") provides a growth system for home care agencies — websites, paid media, a white-labeled CRM, and AI-powered follow-up. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit nfinitydigital.com, request an audit, become a client, or interact with services we operate on a client's behalf.
By using our website or services you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or services.
When we run a client's website, ads, and CRM, we receive information that families and prospective caregivers submit to that client — typically name, contact details, location, the type of care they're looking for, and any free-text notes. In that flow our client is the controller of the data; we act as their service provider/processor.
We use the information described above to:
Our legal bases for processing (where applicable) are: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, your consent (for example, opt-in marketing or session replay), and compliance with law.
Our services include AI-assisted follow-up. When a lead submits a form, calls, or texts an agency we work with, an AI model may draft or send replies on the agency's behalf. The model is configured to identify itself if asked and to hand off to a human coordinator when a conversation needs nuance.
To operate, we may send the content of a lead's message and limited context (name, inquiry type, prior replies) to third-party large-language-model providers — for example, OpenAI or Anthropic. We instruct those providers not to use the content to train their general models. We don't send payment information or government identifiers to LLM providers.
Outbound SMS is sent only to phone numbers that have provided consent, and includes opt-out instructions ("Reply STOP to unsubscribe"). STOP requests are honored immediately.
Nfinity Digital is not a covered entity. For clients whose services involve protected health information ("PHI") under HIPAA, we will sign a Business Associate Agreement ("BAA") and configure the relevant parts of our stack to support that BAA — including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and BAA-backed subprocessors where required.
If you have not signed a BAA with us, please do not transmit PHI through our website, support channels, or unsecured email. General contact information (name, phone, email) and the fact that someone is inquiring about care are not, by themselves, PHI.
Depending on where you live (e.g. California, Colorado, Texas, Virginia, the EEA/UK), you may have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email arham@nfinitydigital.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If you're submitting a request on behalf of someone else (an authorized agent), we'll ask for written authorization.
If we operate a website or CRM on behalf of a home care agency and your request relates to data that agency controls, we'll forward your request to them and assist them in responding.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information — including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive stores, role-based access control, audit logging, and least-privilege access to third-party platforms.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.
We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Audit-request data is retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client account data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable archive window (typically 12 months) for billing, audit, and dispute resolution. Lead/contact data that we hold on behalf of a client is retained, deleted, or returned according to that client's instructions.
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Nfinity Digital is based in the United States and our services are operated in the US. If you access the services from outside the US, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are material, we'll provide additional notice (for example, an email to active clients or a banner on the site). Your continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
